Billion Dollar Agent: Lessons Learned is a book that shares knowledge from and between the 1 in 10,000 real estate agents in the United States who have sold over $1 billion in their career, or are on track to achieve that goal. The book is based on interviews conducted in 2006 with real estate agents who have already achieved this level of success or are going to achieve the ‘Billion Dollar Agent’ level in their career.

The following is an exert from the book Billion Dollar Agent: Lessons Learned

"The key is to transform yourself from a salesperson to a businessperson and consistently delegate to assistants and vendors and build systems for your business. Entrepreneurs often ‘re-invent the wheel, spend money in the wrong places, fail to seek wisdom from other businesspeople, and are not aware of valuable products and services for their industry. Business entrepreneurs can save time and money by learning from the lessons of other entrepreneurs."

"Most entrepreneurs waste time and money on learning lessons in business. It has been said that if you can make $100,000 as a real estate agent, you can make $1,000,000. It is not easy to make $100,000 in real estate, less than 10% of agents achieve that level of success. If you learn from the lessons and experiences of agents who have sold $1 billion in the career, you will consistently move up from $100,000 towards $1,000,000."
